Dr. Norma Cabrera is a lifelong educator and instructional leader with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Having served in public school classrooms, curriculum administration, and instructional development, she understands what our students, teachers, and campus staff need to thrive.
As our Place 1 Trustee, Dr. Cabrera will champion competitive teacher retention pay, dual-language bilingual enrichment, expanded pre-K, and high-demand industry certifications across all PSJA high schools.

Jose L. Bravo, JD is a practicing attorney with extensive expertise in municipal law, governance compliance, and public administration. A proud alumnus of PSJA schools, Jose brings rigorous legal scrutiny to ensure district policies and contracts serve the public interest.
As our Place 2 Trustee, Jose will institute strict vendor procurement ethics, push for live-streamed open meetings, and protect hard-earned taxpayer dollars with independent financial accountability.

Dr. Vittorio "Vitto" Puente is a Doctor of Psychology with extensive clinical experience serving children, adolescents, and families across the Rio Grande Valley. He brings vital mental health and safety expertise to the school board.
As our Place 3 Trustee, Dr. Puente is dedicated to fortifying physical school security, stationing certified School Resource Officers on every campus, and expanding counseling and special education resources for all students.
